Refunds & Returns Policy

🔄 Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

📦 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@manio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📍Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@manio.com.
